Adding an exchanger in monitoring of the exchangers Magnetic Money

Adding a new exchanger to the system:

To connect an exchange office to the Magnetic Money system, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

1) The exchanger must be automatic or half-automatic and be processing orders within 24 hours.
2) The total amount of the exchanger reserve must exceed the equivalent of $30,000.
3) The exchanger must be active for at least 12 months.
4) On the exchanger site there must be a section with detailed contact information.
5) The exchanger must have an affiliate program.
6) The exchanger must have an English version.
7) The exchanger must have an automatically updated (at least every 5 minutes) xml page with the information about exchange rates in a format suitable for reading by a parser.

Forming rules of XML - files

The elements in an each line follow in a clearly defined sequence.
Each record must begin with a new line:

<from> - given currency (Any of the 2 denotations: full or abbreviated)
<to> - received currency (Any of the 2 denotations: full or abbreviated)
<in> - the amount of given currency
<out> - the amount of received currency
<amount> - the currency reserve <to>

Use six figures after the decimal point for exchange rates
Use two figures after the decimal point for the reserve amount
