Exchange Ripple to Bitcoin

Ripple XRP - positions itself as an addition to Bitcoin, not its competitor. Ripple is not mined - unlike Bitcoin and his peers, but each transaction destroys a small amount of XRP, which adds a deflationary measure to the system. Currently, there are 100 billion XRP.
