Adding an exchanger in monitoring of the exchangers Magnetic Money

Adding a new exchange office into the system:

To connect an exchange office to the system Magnetic Money, it must correspond to the following criteria:

1) The exchanger must be automatic or automanual and make an exchange of e-currency no longer than 24 hours.
2) The total amount of the exchanger reserve must exceed the equivalent of $ 1000.
3) The exchanger must work actively at least for three months.
4) On the exchanger site there must be present a section with contact detailed information.
5) The exchanger must have the affiliate program.
6) The exchanger must have an English version.
7) The exchanger must have an automatically updated (at least 1 time per 5 minutes) xml - page with the information about exchange rates in a suitable format for reading by a parser

The forming rules of XML - files

The elements in an each line follow in a clearly defined sequence.
Each record must begin with a new line:

<from> - given currency (Any of the 2 denotations: full or abbreviated)
<to> - received currency (Any of the 2 denotations: full or abbreviated)
<in> - the amount of given currency
<out> - the amount of received currency
<amount> - the currency reserve <to>

Use six figures after the decimal point for exchange rates
Use two figures after the decimal point for the reserve amount
